Lets start from the top,ill admit, Pilcher has caused alot of Shit on this site, but should he be banned for it?

Pilcher joined this site in December 2003, his original username was banned by Joe Pesci so he had to Create "Pilcher2" and posted with that for a long time, until Red Rum deleted his "Pilcher2" account, so i unbanned his first account for him. he then created mesterZiming with my permission, he said he wanted to start again under a different name, i said OK, as long as he dident fuck up, but he did. Thous i changed "Mesterziming" to Pilcher3 and banned the account. So now he is back as his normal self, but people do not seem to want him here.
What has he done wrong?
Despite all these bad points, Pilcher can be ok and can be a good poster if he wants to, i am one of the few people who dont hate him, though he has pissed me off a few times.

What has he done wrong?
- I gave him a shot at being a mod a long long time ago, he fucked it up, and has been asking to be a mod ever since, which annoys me.
- He created some invision Shenmue UK forums, said they were replacements for these and Lied saying Joe Pesci was in on the Idea, which was of course bullshit, Joe hates Pilcher.
- He stole Remixes from the Shenmue UK main site and put them on Shenmue HQ, that seriously pissed me and RedRum off.
- He Deleted Drunkroadies site: "YuSuzuki.TK"
- He has pretended to be many well respected members of the shenmue community on MSN, these people have included: LanDC, Hellraiser, renSuzuki, ShenmueAddict, Stefan, Joe Pesci, Kiyuu, Whiteshadow, and many many more.
- He has created dozens of alter ego's across the Shenmue community, including lots of them on SHenmue UK.
- When he was "Big Brother Security" (basically the moderator of Big Brother) he edited and deleted peoples posts.
- He was the leader of Heavens Angels gang, but he lost this because he spammed a friend of mines (then) Forums (Sega-Braz's)
- Because pilcher is a hated member of the shenmue community, apparently it deters potentail members from joining this site.
