I Remember Reading Issue 11 of the Official UK Dreamcast Magazine and it had a 2 page Preview of Shenmue. There werent many screens and the Magazine dident know a huge lot about the game but what i read sounded amazing and the screenshots showed the amazing graphics, From that point on i really wanted that game, And i got it the day it came out. (p.s: The proper Review in Issue #14 of ODM made me want the game even more!)

Greasy dude at local game store reccomended it. I didn't beleive him at first so I got Crazy Taxi. But Crazy Taxi broke so I got Shenmue. I should get that story on Opra...

Same as Pingham for me.
It just looked AND sounded amazing....and it still is to a certain extent.

I was watching Tv, then all of a sudden, i see this commercial for a game called "Shenmue" they said what the game was about, it looked cool, so i rented it. Later after i had played it, i bought it and having been playing ever since  |

I got the first Shenmue for my Dreamcast at a Flea Market at my Baby Sister's School. When i first played Shenmue - My jaw droped to the ground in amazement....And i payed $18.00 for it....  |

I got it on a discount!!
5 games for £35 pound
I only played shenmue I i was hocked on it!!
Then i brought shenmue II when it came out
The be honest i prefere shenmue II more!!
