Third time actually.
I was just failing on the QTE part.
And then when she was beaten down, I GAVE HER SOME MORE!!! Bloody schoolgirls beating up innocent citizens and tourists.
Chai is by far the hardest boss I have ever faced. Certainly in Shenmue, but I meant ANY game.

I couldn't seem to fight her either, but I know of her. So I wouldn't be able to answer your question. Chai is definately the hardest boss, and that is a great accomplishment to beat him. GOOD JOB MAN  |

Luke i have a Guide that tells you exactly what to do to Get the izumi fight and the duck racing. i will post it up in the Shenmue II forum when i get back from work (im on my lunchbreak right now).

And back to the subject...Chai is so god damn HARD,thank god that chapter 2 is in neither Shenmue games,I mean fighting Chai while he has a kid as his hostage and is wearing some freaky looking claws,but where the hell did he get them???He has no pockets(If he did his pockets would probabaly rip,so he must of...ohhh sweet jesus...he must of keep them in...his trousers...boy that must hurt sooooo much...  |

Nah, i would of loved to have seen Chapter 2, just imagine roaming around on board that shop and stuff, it would of ruled!
and i reckon i could of kicked chai's ugly ass!

When you move around its diffrent, i dunno Actually, yeh your right, it does seem different for some reason, it seems easier ad better in the Free battles on Shenmue II, I think they improved the fighting engine in Shenmue II. |

Yeah, especially since you now have the lifelines of the enemies in Shenmue II, in Shenmue I, their were no lifelines for the enemies.

Especially when you are fighting Chai and other hard bosse's. |

yeh i use the Tornado kick all the time (which you could only use at the end of Shenmue I)
And you also learn some kick ass new moves in S2 like that move you learn from Jianmin.
