Pilcher has recieved his second warning for Violating the Shenmue-UK forum rules yet again. The rule he broke this time is No.5 which is:
You are not allowed to make alter ego's. Also if you are banned and come back with a different username, that username will be banned and your chances of being let back will be reduced considerably.

I know this because the email for hellraiser was one of Pilchers and i checked the I.P address's and they matched!. Therfore Both Pilchers accounts get there second warning and the Hellraiser account is Banned.
