Which Saturn Sonic has the better graphics?

In your opinion out of Sonic R and Sonic Jams 3d sonic world which is the best looking/moving??

im not comparing the gameplay or anything.
but if a true 3d sonic game had been made in your opinion which 3d engine should have been used? Sonic R's or Sonic jams??
