I saw on a shenmue centre the website a roumor that ine-san dies and fuku-san takes over the hazuki residence and dojo but is this true?

The only way this will happen is if We get to return to Japan because of something Lan DI may be doing there. I just don' think it will happen

ive heard this rumour true and i beleive it to be true, yet another indication that shenmue 3 will probably take ryo back to japan at somepoint, i also heard a rumour thal Lan Di will burn down the hazuki Dojo to draw ryo to him.... that would be interesting ;D

That won't happpen because it is to simple of a storyline. We all know Yu Suzuki wants to make the next game as complex as possible. Lan Di doesn't know that Ryo has the other mirror. If he did, Ryo would be dead right now. They will not make Ryo go back to Japan to fight Lan Di, they want it to be a challenge to reach Lan Di in the first place. I believe you will most likely fight your way through the Chiyoumen base and fight Lan Di there
