Baihu does suck a bit. He can not fight. I beat his ass on level 11 and quit. I will say as you get to level 10 though he does get a bit tough but i still kicked his ass pretty bad.

I got Xbox version of Shenmue 2. I beat the game alot and after i go to the Shenmue collection at the main menu and i fight him. Every time i beat him the level goes up and he gets harder each time. I got to level 11 on him.
You must have the Dreamcast version of Shenmue II.

Oh, I think I might know what you're talking about. I have the Xbox version, just haven't played it in a while. The street fights do get harder the more you win.

Yes. You play 2 sets of matches when fighting Baihu. Once you beat him 2 out of 3 times in a match you go on to level 2 fighting him thus making the difficulty higher.

I remember a lot of this when you need to win money to pay Ren off early in the game. You need to win about 500 dollars, if I am not mistaken.

Haha, one thing Ren reminds me about Shenmue II is the chase where you get to choose between Sam, Cool Z, and the other guy. I wish that when you chased Cool Z you'd actually get to beat his ass.
