btw i forgot to update this topic, i got the phone back and it was almost worth it being broken because its like a new phone, they must have replaced about 60% of it including the whole front screen/slide section so no scratches and no nasty chips from when i kept dropping it when pissed lol
gonna try and keep it mint this time
