well a year later i have conceded Fable 3 was a real let down and not actually as good as Fable 2
Stefan was right (something i dont like admitted to very often) that Halo Reach was fucking amazing , much better than Fable 3, and Ive just got COD black ops and first impressions are good

I played about 20 minutes of fable 3 when it first came out.
Is it just me or does the Fable series get worse with every release.
F1 was such a briliant game. It felt like an RPG. If anything, it was better then any Final Fantsay game I've played.
F2 just seemed like a step back while moving foward. It had a good story and had great battles. But the ending ruined it for me. Just so bad.

F1 was amazing i agree, but too short, which was ashame, its only let down really, otherwise excellent!
F2 was really good with improved graphics, bigger world and other improved features, but the story kinda sucked especially the ending as you say!
F3 i will complete before i make a proper judgement but i have already decided its worse than 2.

yes they were, but Shenmue was not a let down for me! Sure it had/has its flaws but i was hooked from the first time i played it, and it was a decent length. Fable 1 was stupidly short!
