I don't know if more dates are being announced. You'd be best-off checking this page quite often... keep in mind that this tour is taking place in North America only.
I think I might go. Cinderella and Quiet Riot are always great, Ratt isn't what it used to be, but Jizzy Pearl and John Corabi are in the band, so that's cool, and Firehouse's set could be used as a very long bathroom break (just kidding, they're alright).
August 3, baby!

Thanks for the link, RenSuzuki, although I'm not quite sure why you quoted yourself. I'm fairly sure I'll see the tour in Toronto, at any rate. I wish Stephen Pearcy and Juan Croucier would rejoin Ratt.

Cinderella is one of the best live bands of all-time, by most estimations, by the way, so they alone should be worth the price of admission.
Quiet Riot sort of lives off of their one huge hit, but they know how to play loud and have a good time.
Ratt is one of my favourite bands of all time, but without Stephen Pearcy and Juan Croucier, they're not the same (as well as Robbin Crosby, R.I.P.), but Jizzy Pearl is a good vocalist (even if he is a bit of an Axl Rose rip-off) and Warren DeMartini is still in the band!
Firehouse is a band I've never really listened to, and they're mostly known for ballads, but if they're on a bill with these bands, they can't be too bad.

my Dad's going to that, I don't think he's overly impressed with the lineup, jsut cus its not really his type of music. Cadott is fairly close to us, and its a trip to another country He went 2 years ago, and there was Whitesnake, Deff Leperd, Sammy Hagar, Lynard Skynard, Boston, heart, Alice Cooper, plus a bunch in the afternoon. That was an awesome lineup. This years is alrite, but doesn't have the powerful headliners a rock festival needs. I mean ZZTop are big, but still

Well, while this year's lineup might not include Whitesnake, Def Leppard, or Alice Cooper, I'd still gladly take Cinderella and Great White...

they're good bands, but they're not the same sort of draw. Its a big festival and you sort of expect bands you wouldn't normally get to see.

Oh well, I'm going to the Toronto RNS show, anyway. ;D
I would love to see Great White someday, though. I fear they won't be touring much longer, with the legal troubles and all.

I ended up going in Sterling Heights, Michigan... heckuva show.
Firehouse surprised me. Great vocals, some heavy-sounding music, and a drummer who just absolutely kills the drums. I need to buy some of their stuff!
Quiet Riot got the crowd into it and sounded fantastic... during one of the songs, they played part of Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love", and DuBrow's new hairstyle makes him look a bit like Rod Stewart from far away. Great set.
Ratt was disappointing. Jizzy danced very... oddly and didn't hit very many high notes (which aren't actually very high as they were originally sung by Pearcy!), but Corabi seemed to be having a good time and DeMartini's solos rocked.
Cinderella blew everyone away. There was a huge crowd by the time they played, and they did not disappoint. I'll remember their rendition of "Nobody's Fool" for a long time!
Overall, it was a really fun time. I'd encourage anyone to check it out.

well my Dad saw them mixed into a part of Rock Fest in Wisconsin. He saw Firehouse there two years ago, said they were okay, but he said this time they were excellent. He said Quiet Riot and Cinderella did really well, and Cinderella had a cool stage show. I think he also said he wasn't too impressed with Ratt, not terrible.
Although he said the best band at the show was Tom Petty and the worst was Black Crowes

The background kept changing colours and they had all kinds of pyro and fake snow. Tom Keifer can sing and play a heckuva lot of different insturments. Harmonica, sax, piano, guitar, dobro... he played it all. Awesome, can't wait for his solo album now... I hear Cinderella will record something new next year. Firehouse's singer (C.J. Snare, I believe) has really improved over the years. He sounds very Halford-esque on the high notes.
