what in the name of all things fudgetacular is a laser disc?? It's a disc...which requires a laser...to erm, play it. The format is practically obsolete now. I think they looked like LP records.

Wait until the sequel is out, hopefully the uncut Japanese version, and get both in a box set. Better off with dvd. Yeah, I'd advise renting it first. To be honest, I thought it was a bit crap to start with, but then I discovered what my mistake was, I was expecting something serious!! If you just take it as a bit of fun, homage to all those 70's martial arts films, so by the end I was totally hooked. It's a great film, really classy. I know it'll be right up your street. Great music too, I bought the soundtrack. I love the two stage final battle with Oshii, and the over the top blood splatter, arterial spray and hacked off llimbs is just SO funny. I recommend it definitely to you.

Right cheers, sounds cool, i like cheesy martial arts films, i will probably wait until the second one is released so i can watch both back to back. but i dont want any cruddy japanese version with annoying subtitles. also can u tell me if the DVD ones are widescreen? and the VHS ones fullscreen? i think i might get VHS cuz ill probably want to watch these films in full screen.

I think we should only count dvd's. This is for two reasons. Firstly, VHS is now practially redundant and non-existant. Secondly, I have loads of VHS boxed up, enough to beat everyone here, but I can't get at them to list every title.

No this topic is to list your collection of films/programs/concerts no matter what Format they are on, (yes even BETA!) All my formats together i have 71 so i am Second in the lead behind hellbound. btw VHS is still alive, new films are released on it and you'd be surpised at how much it still sells.

nah, all Hellbounds boxed Vhs videos are porn, that why he wont list them ;D Cheeky young wippersnapper!! (is that even a word in the dictionary?) Indeed, Briana Loves Jenna is a porn dvd, as is Flashpoint and Desperate Measures. My favourite pornstars are probably Briana Banks, Jenna Jameson, Tania Russof. I only bought them last year. I want to get another Briana one, though not sure which. I have loads of VHS. When I was about 12, I had probably 1000. Sold a lot now. Probably have 400 now. I can't be bothered to list them. Though I am selling some if anyone wants the list ;D
