Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective on the DS. Good game, but the ending could have been presented better.

What do you count as completed? Reaching the end or completing it 100%?

Nah just reaching the end of the game, not 100% completion of everything

I've just completed Beyond Good & Evil (I got the HD version from Xbox Live Arcade). This game should not have passed me by for so long, as it's just my cup of tea. Top quality from beginning to... almost the end.
The actual victory is very unrewarding, as there's little in the way of celebration or congratulations. It left me unfulfilled, and though it eventually teases a sequel, I don't think that's an excuse to deny the player a proper pat on the back. It's not like Shenmue where you knew the "end" was nothing more than a checkpoint before the same quest continued in the next game.
Another little gripe is that it doesn't let you return to the main game world and try the mini-games/explore the areas that you missed. I don't see why they couldn't have done that. Reloading your last save point just takes you back to before the final battle, with the only sign that you've already won being an unlocked Achievement.
Those complaints aside, it's a great game. If you haven't played it, I'd describe it very lazily as something like a cross between Zelda and Ratchet & Clank, with a mature storyline on top (by which I don't mean strip clubs and guns). Buy it, enjoy it, just don't expect the same satisfaction from the ending.

It was like reading a short story. EDIT: Funnily enough the last game I completed recently was Shenmue. I finished it running on NullDC but Shenmue 2 crashes all the time on it so I guess I'm just going to have to use the Dreamcast instead.
